Why glass, you ask?

Now days, it seems like the Art is being lost in mass production, this is why we still produce our Kombucha the traditional way, in very small batches and nurtured in small glass jars.
Yes.. This is more time consuming in every aspect of the production BUT the end result outweighs any shortcuts that maybe taken. 
Seeing the fermentation process take place daily in our glass jars makes us feel a real connection with our kombucha. We can see the growth of the living cultures!

We are sure that you will taste the difference the way we do this at Elevation. When you drink it, you will feel it !

From start to finish, the whole process of our kombucha is crafted by our hands. We use real organic ingredient's and locally sourced when possible.
This process adds so much value to our Kombucha.
